In every case, Optisave examines existing and new contracts and service level agreements with a fresh but knowledgeable approach. We know the t’s and c’s, and prices others in your industry have negotiated.
Our consultants have worked alongside healthcare, banking, and manufacturing clients for two decades, attending and speaking at IT and industry conferences, listening with neutral but expert ear - to provide the best advice to save money and increase efficiency.
Optisave has institutional knowledge of working with over 400 hospitals, financial services and other organizations with intricate, multi-location, and/or high privacy and security data and IT requirements.
Optisave helps companies evaluate new standards and weigh options for potential cost savings and process improvements. For instance our team has helped multiple customers transition to Windows 10 and integrate related IT systems.
For example, Optisave doesn’t simply assist with new purchase decisions, but also helps clients to properly sun-set legacy systems. In one case, Optisave assisted in the sun-setting of over 60-legacy clinical and administrative systems at a well-known Northeast hospital, in addition to sourcing archival systems for medical records and other data.
